If a return is necessary, here are the steps to follow to ensure a hassle-free transaction:
- Return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it;
- Return the merchandise in the original intact packaging and condition (product must be unused, unwashed);
- Sheet sets and duvets cannot be returned if they have been removed from the zippered package and unfolded.
- Include your original or a copy of your packing receipt;
- Choose the shipping carrier of your choice, as return shipping is at customer’s expense.
- Consider insuring the package, for your protection.
Assuming the item is acceptable for return, we will credit the refund amount to the credit card originally used to make the purchase. Depending on when the refund is made during your billing cycle, it could take up to two cycles for your credit to appear.
If the item is unacceptable for return, we reserve the right to ship the item back to you.
